As soon as I made an inquiry, Jay contacted me right away. He was at my property within the hour to look at my emergent situation. He explained everything, gave an upfront, no hidden cost, fair and reasonable estimate. He obtained parts returned as promised and made repairs as promised. The final cost was exactly as quoted. Jay was dependable, knowledgeable and most importantly trustworthy. If need be, I will use him again.

I had a leak and spent a few hours trying to repair it before realizing I would need a plumber. I got on Thumbtack and sent a message to a few people around 7pm. Jay with Get Rite responded right away and even sent his phone number for me to call to better explain the issue. He said if he wanted he could come over and take a look that same evening. He came over within an hour, determined what needed to be done, and fixed the issue. From the time I messaged to the time he left my house was less than 2.5 hours. He explained everything he was doing as he went and showed me the condition of the parts that needed replacement. He also communicated that if I noticed any issue whatsoever to call him right away and he would make sure to take care of it. In addition to being extremely responsive and providing quality work, he also gave my dog lots of pets, which she loved. Will definitely be using this business again.

Prices are calculated based on the depth of work needed. How much time it'll take, how much parts will be.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First make contact. Discuss the issue in a professional manner. Set an appointment to either look at work or give an estimate. Once i know what the issue is i will give options on either replacement or repairs. Once price is agreed on I'll get the job done. Make sure work area is clean and have the client check out the work and ask if anything else needs attention before collecting payment and walking out the door.

I have 20 + years of hands on training, i have site safty training , OSHA 30 hour training , Rinnai tankless water heater training , journey man card
