We hired Frank do investigate and ultimately remove an old deck. Frank did a great job on our project and was easy to work with. Frank was always on time and very responsive to our requests. When the scope of the job changed he responded with care and concern for what my family needed and I greatly appreciate his professionalism. Frank was great to work with and I highly recommend him.

Hired two others to repairdeck thru Thumbtack. Both men left the job half done. Took one more chance with Salvatore's. Mr. Frank advised me to tear it down and rebuild from ground up. He quoted me a very fair price. When I told him about my prior experiences, he apologized and felt truly sorry for me. I am elderly and live alone in a rural area. Mr. Frank told me he could be on the job in a week, and he wanted no monies til the job is completed. 10 minutes after he left, Mr. Frank called to tell me he was building my porch for FREE. No cell phone reception or I would proudly display a picture. I highly recommend Mr. Frank as a great professional porch builder and a true gentleman.

We are extremely satisfied with the quality of work provided by Frank Liberto (Salvatore's Custom Fence Builders). We have had 2 decks built including a large rear deck supporting a Hot Tub. Both of these are beautiful as well as rock solid. As a result we have hired him for several additional smaller projects.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
NO...each situation is different, that is why I prefer to do on site quotes and also get a feel of what my customer really requires, in order for me to complete the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting an idea of what they are requiring, inquiring to what extent can their budget afford, and then making an evaluation of their needs and working within the budget they have in order to do the project they have hired me to complete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On sight training..working with a prestige contractor in Maryland; during my younger years.
