My overall experience with Primal Power Electric was excellent. Clayton was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable, and he took the time to explain what he was doing in terms I could understand. The work was completed efficiently and safely, and everything was cleaned up before he left. Pricing was fair for the quality of service provided, and I felt confident the job was done right. I would happily use Primal Power Electric again and highly recommend Clayton to anyone needing electrical work.

Clayton did some electrical work for me and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. He showed up on time, explained exactly what he was doing, and made sure everything was done the right way. His attention to detail and professionalism really stood out against others I’ve worked with in the past.
The work was clean, efficient, and you can tell he takes pride in what he does. It’s hard to find someone you can trust with electrical work, but Clayton definitely knows his stuff. I’d highly recommend him to anyone needing electrical work done. Great guy and great service.

Needed an outlet changed from a single outlet into a “quad” outlet. Clayton showed up on time, was very professional and did an excellent job! Will absolutely use their services again!

Mario showed up quickly on the day and time he said he would. I tried to get different quotes, but the other people never showed up. I had him install two ceiling fans and add a receptacle on my porch. The work was clean and professional. I loved how he answered all my questions and asked for my preferences during the process. I can’t recommend them enough.

We had an old panel that we needed replacing due to its age. Clayton came out, gave a very fair price ,completed the work and was very friendly and professional!! We will definitely use their services again!
