FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A lot of the projects we do, require us to see the project in person to draw an estimate, measure and view the topography of the land being worked on
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From the time a customer requests a quote we respond to schedule a time to meet in person and look at the job site in person. Our team listens and takes notes of the needs the client has, we measure or schedule a time to come out and measure if needed, quotes take 1-2 days after the initial meeting, we email the quote and call the customer to go over the quote in detail and add or remove items the customer may or may not want. From there a contract and scope of work is created and signed by us and the customer with an agreed upon start date which will include schedule of payments which will be discussed during our call to go over the estimate. Our project manager keeps in touch during the duration of the work and at the completion we meet again in person or over the phone to review the work with the owner. Our office staff is available from 7am to 7pm for questions and will normally follow up a day prior to job completion to request a review from the customer and answer any questions the customer has.
