- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
the customer should always be kept in the loop there is going to be a labor price a material price time cost price. they'll be travel added into the price as well. and any type of taxes fees or any unpredictable fees should also be explained to the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first you're going to introduce yourself and your company. the customer will then offer you their job issue or project. the owner of the company will then select a proper date and time to meet to see the issue or project. the company will then draw up a proposal then submit the proposal to the customer if the customer likes to proposal he will sign accepting the customer company agreement. then the company will execute the work and provide a excellent experience for the customer and highly proficient work planning and dedication to complete the project or task for the customer. handshakes thank yous and hopefully the customer will pass the company on to others and offer an excellent review.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the commercial electrical and residential electrical field for 10 plus years. I've also worked in handyman and repair services doing sheetrock fixes floor fixes and roofing fixes that had to do with carpentry. I also have a lot of experience in the field of doing garage doors and Overhead Doors both commercial/industrial and residential for 10 plus years. I have some light Plumbing experience with sinks, toilets, faucets and piping
