When we first connect with a new customer, we take the time to listen carefully to their needs, goals, and any specific concerns they might have. Whether through a phone call, email, or in-person meeting, we want to make sure we’re aligned on expectations. We ask detailed questions to understand the scope of their project. This helps us provide tailored solutions and ensures that we’re on the same page regarding budget, timeline, and desired outcomes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Emily has a background in High School Education and is a Senior Program Manager for a non-profit here in South Carolina. We both have extensive training in business management and public speaking. Jason has been a business owner for over 20 years specializing in machining.
