Kevin is A+++! We’ve had soft spots in our hallway floor since we bought the home. They got progressively worse so I posted the job on Thumbtack the Friday night of Labor Day weekend in desperation, hoping someone could do the work soon. Kevin responded within an hour. He came Sunday of Labor Day weekend and the damage was so much worse than we thought. Kevin made sure we had no active water leaks so that the new floor would be solid. He then replaced the subfloor and installed new flooring for a very fair price. He was even willing to come back Monday, on Labor Day, to finish up since some of the purchased floor was damaged and had to be exchanged. Kevin was very friendly, punctual, and professional. I would recommend him to anyone and we will absolutely be contacting him again for more floor replacement! The floor looks amazing!

We called Kevin and that afternoon he was able to come out and help us out within hours. He knew what he was doing when it came to the fan installation and he was a pleasure to work with. He can also do a heck of a lot more than fan installation so if you got other projects build outs and such I plan on keeping this man busy longer. Thank you so much Kevin

Kevin was a pleasure to work with. Responded very quickly to my job listing and worked with me on a fair price for repairs. Found and fixed the water leak inside my wall within hours and came back a few days later to seal the wall up after it dries out. Excellent people skills and was great with our animals as well!
