Pedro and Richard have been amazing through the process. They were quick to come out and get my flooring put in. Pedro checked in often and made sure I was happy with everything that was done. I could not recommend Pedro and his team enough!

Our floors were in desperate need of help and we were looking to get them repaired or replaced quickly. Pedro came out and told us our options. He gave us a very fair price and they were able to get started the next day. I would highly recommend them!
Silva’s Floors and More did a great job on my project. My home had solid hardwood red oak in most of the rooms except one, and the existing red oak was finished in an outdated brownish tone. Pedro’s team installed new red oak in the one room that didn’t have it, and helped me select the right material to perfectly match the rest of the house. Then, they sanded all the floors and refinished them into a beautiful and contemporary pickled finish. They were quick to provide an estimate, they stood by that competitive price, and they showed up just a few days later and got the job done quickly. The crew was polite and professional. I definitely will be working with Silva’s Floors again in the future.

Pedro and his crew were great to work with! Very friendly. They literally do anything and everything! Our house looks great !! They did our floors/stairs/drywall and paint/ installed a barn door/ AND re did our kitchen backsplash. I highly recommend them if you are redoing lots of things on your house. This is a one stop shop.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a free estimate, discuss everything that needs to be completed, show up on time, complete the work in a timely manner and clean after ourselves. All with a smile.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve always gravitated towards general contracting and handy man work. My father in law also did flooring his whole life and he introduced me to flooring. Since then, I’ve had a passion for helping people find the best floors for their needs and budget.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently we had a customer who was preparing their home for market. They had older ceramic tile floors and were looking to update to hardwood flooring. Upon removal of the ceramic tile, the subfloor was found to have significant damage. We were able to repair the subfloor for the customer, and then lay the hardwood flooring. The customer then asked about repair and painting of their ceiling, which we also completed. It was great to see the transformation of the property and the customer was really happy with how well we handled the interruption of the damaged subfloor. The project took one week to complete.
