Elite Floors LLC did an outstanding job installing and finishing the red oak hardwood in our sunroom. His pricing was very fair, he communicated clearly, and the work was completed quickly without sacrificing quality.
The floors turned out beautifully and matched our existing hardwood perfectly using DuraSeal Weathered Oak stain and a satin finish. While he was here, he also repaired a damaged section of hardwood in another area of the house and made it look like new.
Victor and his team were professional, efficient, and clearly takes pride in their work. It’s hard to find contractors who are this reliable and skilled. I would absolutely hire him again and highly recommend Elite Floors LLC to anyone needing hardwood installation or refinishing.

If you’re going to refinish your hardwood floors, call Elite Floors! They’re excellent! A small crew of hardworking, meticulous guys, they gave me an honest, competitive estimate and delivered STUNNING results! Seriously, I am not over-selling this. My floors are GORGEOUS and it’s BECAUSE Elite Flooring did the work. That’s the key take-away here. Had I chosen another flooring company, my floors would not be nearly as beautiful. I’m certain of it.
I called four flooring companies and told them all the same thing; I wanted my floors to be nearly black, but I still wanted to see the grain. Each company came to my house, sampled their stains and gave me an estimate. Of the four companies, Victor, from Elite Floors, was the only one to discuss “water popping” with me. So, either the other companies weren't as knowledgeable, or they planned to start the project, then recommend the process as an “add-on” (knowing full well that clients can’t much haggle over mid-project adjustments). Speaking of mid-project adjustments….
On the second day of the job, while my floors were still being sanded, I got a call from Victor. He said I should come over. The sanding process revealed that my floors were actually quite unique and beautiful so perhaps, he suggested, I should rethink the dark stain. I doubted him completely, but I stopped by anyway and…so glad I did! I saw the sanded floors and changed course.
I stuck with the black stain + water-popping for my own flat, but for the upstairs rental unit, I asked for a beachy, slightly white-washed look. Right there and then, Victor churned out 3 samples until I got exactly what I wanted. He insisted on it. Thank You Victor! I LOVE MY FLOORS! Also, get this: despite changing my mind mid-project (which generated extra work) there were no changes to the pricing or the completion date. Unheard of!

Victor and his team saved the day!! I had to part ways with my original contractor mid-project due to them not meeting the original schedule agreement. I contacted Victor and he came to my house within an hour (at 7 o’clock at night) to assess the state of the project. He and his team started work the following morning and worked 3 days straight to help us complete our project and recover the schedule.
Victor and his whole team were knowledgeable, professional, very communicative, timely and easy to work with. He was very patient with us in making our selections and was very knowledgeable in all of the different products to help us make a good decision. We were worried that our pine floors would look too orange, but Victor guided us and they look excellent.
In the end, we could not be happier with the quality of their work and the overall experience with the team. Would highly recommend!!

Victor did an incredible job refinishing my very old, original hardwood floors. I wanted a very light, natural finish, and he accomplished that. He was incredibly responsive, keeping me updated throughout the process. He finished the project in my ~1400 sq ft house in about 5 days. He also had very competitive pricing. I couldn’t recommend Elite Floors enough!

The estimate came quickly but then he wanted me to remove and pay to reinstall the shoe molding and didn't want to stain it to match. Then he wanted me to moved the 4 pieces of furniture before he would go the work. By the time we figured this out we decided to get my guys from Atlanta to do it themselves and l have been up 30 hours and this is crazy. If this is a straightforward floor sanding and refinishing they probably would be fine. I don't pay people to do work and end up paying more people to prep the discs for them. ???
