- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Any customer of mine can expect a fair and competitive price. All materials of mine come from trusted suppliers with strong warranties. Gutter/ facia work is by the linear foot. Painting is by the square footage of each wall in question. I offer military, senior, and disability discounts for folks on SSI who’s budget is about 95% of the deciding factor on a jobs approval.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started with construction about 2 years ago. I was talking with a family member who was getting scalped in price. So I got a true material cost and just doubled that and got it done for them. To this day they still love it and I’m proud to say I did it. That feeling stuck and I ran with it.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with homeowners ranging from 30-70 years of age. If you have a small home or a big home, everyone gets a fair price. Folks of SSI who have a strict budget I work with more on the cheaper side but the same quality of work no matter what. Quality of work is an iron clad factor is my way of doing business no matter who it’s for.
