- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We immediately contact our client to discuss specifics, then, based upon that conversation, we create a customized menu to fit our customers, budget and overall needs. From there, the rest is in our hands. We continuously keep in communication with all of our clients to find out as much detail as possible. We typically arrive one and a half hours prior to our agreed-upon dinner being served and stay until the last dishes cleaned.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Both of us have a passion for not only cooking, but entertaining and has been in our blood for as long as we can imagine.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We absolutely love being a part of any clients special occasion, and consider most of them to be that. Sharing in any type of celebration is always are best form of flattery.
