What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For Long-Term Property Management we charge a flat fee for securing a tenant (1/2 of one-months rent) and a monthly fee of 8%. We also offer special pricing for Mid-Term (30 days-6 months) and NextWatch Services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our team likes to meet at the property with the owner to evaluate current condition, review market pricing and gather the necessary information to develop a customized strategic marketing plan.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the Broker/Owner I have over 25 years of experience in Real Estate and Management Services.
