FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Well being that the majority of everyone who works for us including myself are first responders we offer military and first responder discounts. Our pricing is different for every job there is no set price it depend on a lot of things. Some of them are, is it near power lines? Is it near structures? Easily accessible? Are we going to have to climb and rig everything? Are we disposing? Grinding stumps? What kind of tree? The list goes on and on. A lot of variables that we will have all drawn out on the estimate for you and cover so there is no confusion. Remember it’s your hard earn money!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start off with a phone call or text explaining briefly what they need, I then set up a date that fits both of our schedules for an estimate. I then come to the potential job site and we discuss in person and look at what needs to be done. If it is not something I can give you a price on the spot I’ll take some photos go back to the office run the numbers and send you a quote within 24 hours. I can text it, email it, or hand deliver a paper copy for you. From there the ball is in your court and hope we get to do business with you in the future. If we get the job with there permission I’ll take photos of the before and after for our advertising. And we won’t leave the job till you are 100% happy with the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve had years of hands on experience and on the job training dating back to when I was a teenager. The men I have working for us as well have the same knowledge and skill. I am currently going back to school to get my arborist so I can offer my customers more.
