My sister and I were remodeling my mom's house and we reached out to Palmetto ProWindows to help us upgrade her windows. Doug was very professional and gave us great recommendations on window options. He came out to the house to take measurements and answer all of our questions. The installation was easy and great. I have to say our experience with Palmetto Prowindows was nothing but professional. The job came out way beyond our expectations. The Simmonton windows are amazing. We immediately noticed a reduction in noise and the house has been much easier to cool since the installation. The siding and aluminum trim work looks amazing. Even installed new columns that we purchased. Doug has a great sense of design and helped choose colors and textures that complimented each other. He went above and beyond to make sure everything met our expectations down to the smallest detail. You can see the dramatic difference in the attached before & after photo.

I’m not the cheapest but I’m fair and my work quality and care for the homeowner is where we specialize. 50-60% discount if used as one of the three promotional homes i their area.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
12 years experience in home exteriors. Certified and trained through Simonton who is my window manufacturer. Certified in OSI insulating and sealant products and procedures. My company is first recommended through Simonton as a preferred window business and installer. Monthly continuing education in window and door installer and current on the latest products offered to the public.
