If you are looking for design help on a project, Professional Design Group would be my recommendation. I am very happy with the help I received for my project. I had a lot of ideas. Mr. Evans worked with me to refine them until we captured the details in a complete plan. It was a great experience!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees vary depending on the type of project. An addition or renovation is priced by the time I think it will take to develop the drawings. A new home is $1.50 per square foot. Sometimes an architect or engineer is required by the HOA or the building department, their fees are additional to my fee.
Commercial design is based on the estimated time required to design and develop the drawings. An architect and several engineers are always required on these projects, so this will add to the cost of the plans.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial email or telephone contact, I like to meet the client and discuss what they are looking for. I want to here their ideas and if possible, I like to visit the job site.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Technical College Diploma, but I feel that my 47 years of experience gives me the ability to create almost any design the client desires.
