We had such a great experience with JR. He was incredibly responsive, his pricing was competitive, and he did a phenomenal job mounting two TVs (65”+) on brick walls. He did a great job, but the price felt a bit high — $100 just to remove a TV mount. Since it was only a 10–15 minute job involving a few bolts, the cost seemed a little excessive in today’s economy. Next time, I’ll be sure to have my own tools.

JOAT did a great job!! They responded to my request very quickly. I thought they were very thorough in addressing my problem, and a great value for their work. Very impressive.
