- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At HavenWorks Cleaning Co., our pricing is based on the time and detail your home needs. We offer three service levels — Basic, Pro, and Premium — with first-time cleanings typically ranging from $200–$800+ depending on condition and square footage. Recurring services generally fall between $200–$400. We provide transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Add-on services (such as inside fridge, oven, cabinets, deep baseboards, or extra rooms) are available if needed. We also offer free walkthroughs, recurring-service discounts, and travel fees only apply outside Rapid City. Every estimate is customized so you know exactly what you’re paying for before scheduling.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin every new client relationship with a free in-home walkthrough to understand your needs, expectations, and the condition of the space. From there, we: Recommend the right package (Basic, Pro, or Premium). Provide a clear time estimate and price breakdown. Discuss any add-ons or special requests. Schedule your cleaning at a time that works best for you. Our cleaners arrive on time, fully equipped, and complete a detailed checklist tailored to your home. After the appointment, we follow up to make sure you’re fully satisfied and to set up recurring service if desired.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in professional residential cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and safe supply handling. HavenWorks Cleaning Co. follows a structured cleaning checklist system, ensuring consistency and quality every visit. We also prioritize supportive employment, meaning our cleaners receive hands-on training, safety guidance, and ongoing coaching to help them perform at their best while providing reliable, trustworthy service to your home.
