Our interactions with Dan began with a cost comparison: siding vs. painting every 5 years or so. Dan was able to show us the relative costs and the home value increase picture for the house with siding.Next came the design phase. Dan had helpful ideas, but also listened to our vision. He was flexible as our thoughts evolved. We definitely appreciated his expert input when we had ideas that would result in higher costs or other pains down the road. We also appreciated his understanding of the insurance industry should we have a claim. One thing we noticed during the construction phase was the time Dan spent on the job site, overseeing the work and directing it when necessary. It is clear he cares about the final result, not just the sale. Now that the remodel is done, we are so pleased with the end result! Dan was instrumental in making that end result so "right." We are grateful for his expertise and excellence along the way. Also, this process convinces us that should we need any follow-up down the road, Dan will be responsive and helpful.Based on our experience, we highly recommend Dan Mayer, should you be looking for any exterior work on your home!

Very easy to work with, and Tom went above and beyond with my concerns. I was getting conflicting information on the slope of my roof and if the shingles I wanted would work due to the slope. Tom came to the house after normal hours and went on the roof with his meter, took a picture and showed me the slope-his figure was correct. The showed up on time and replaced my shingles in 1 day. Tom did a walk around the house to make sure it was cleaned to my satisfaction.
