- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricing starts at $78 for 2 Rooms Cleaned.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?My typical process is moving light furniture and then vacuuming the area that needs to be cleaned. I then apply a green certified pre-spray to your carpet to help loosen the soil and stains in your carpet. My next step is the cleaning process with a patented brush and extractor to remove all of the soil and stains in your carpet.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a authorized Drymaster affiliate. I have gone through extensive training prior to working in the field.
