Introduction: We do inspection of a house which includes foundation, siding, windows, roof, electrical, plumbing, heating/cool system, appliances, attic area, electrical outlets, lights, open/close windows and doors. We also do pest and radon testing if requested. We have been in the home inspection business for 14 years and have been voted the local best for the past 4 years. We do what is called a two-pass inspection, where we perform the house inspection and then encourage the buyer to come later to do a walk through to show the items found during the inspection. During the walk through, the buyer can ask if they have any questions, and we will give helpful advise on how to correct a situation that is found on a house. Our inspection report is a computerized report with photos that can/is emailed to the customer and your realtor.
