She is highly unprofessional, i booked a service for a resident but the resident cancelled the booking last min. When i informed her about it and wanted to pay for the Thumbtack fee she told me $100 on call when i asked to recheck she told e $39 after that she asked me to pay through Thumbtack which is $100. i never took the service before from her, I was never liable to pay for the service. Then she was threatening me for reporting and paying the amount that i don't even owe her. Worst experience here.
