- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have a short consult with our clients so that we can identify their needs and make sure we're on the right path for a great portrait session. After the photographs have been taken the client has many options for selection. Once selections have been made we then go into our finishing services which include retouching of the final portraits and preparing both finished portraits and or digital images.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started working for Gene Claseman in 1972 as a very young man interested in pursuing a career in photography. After working with Gene for eight years I purchased the business in 1980 and have had a lifetime of great experience in the photography business.
