He came, removed the toilet 😳 & actually figured out the issue wasn’t as big or expensive as companies had been telling me. I’m naturally an over worrier/thinker. Josh was SUPER patient with me & my 100s of questions. He walked me through step by step of what had to be done in order to repair the leak & also showed me what he was doing throughout the repair process. Needless to say, after over a month with no working toilet to my upstairs bathroom, the repairs have been made!! Josh was communicative, honest & VERY fairly priced. I’ll def be calling him up in the future if any repairs happen to arise."See more
