Introduction: I watch the details and do my very best to catch all the small stuff that makes a person like their picture in the overall photograph. Like someones hair may be in the air or blown to one side, collar is straight, shirts and dresses are looking good. No slips or bras showing, ties are straight and shirt is buttoned up correct. No clothing is tugged to one side or shoes are untied. Necklaces are straight, wedding bands and other jewelry is showing to sparkle in the photograph. I figure if a person gets all dressed up for a family portrait and puts the special accents of jewelry or rings on then I should make sure that they look good in the photograph. I am given the chance to be invited into a newborns, couples or families inner circle for a moment in time. To capture the emotions, growth of children or special occasion in a person(s) life. It's usually a day or event that will only come once in a lifetime. So I take lots of photos and try to photograph from all angles and views as not to miss anything. I would rather be told wow there are too many photographs here to choose from. Than why didn't you take a photo of Aunt Sally with Jeffery? I ask for a list of photographs that you would like taken and i also add to that list and take candid shots also. Sometimes they are the best.
