Introduction: I think your pest control service should be your cheapest bill you have to pay. Bugs are the last thing you want to deal with when you get home from a hard day of work. Or when you wake up in the morning. And your service should not be so high that you have to think about not paying for service. You should also never feel pressured in to service when you don't need it or can't afford it. Getting rid of the pest problem for people that's what I enjoy the most. When a customer describes their pest problem as a Nightmare. It feels great to take care of the Nightmare.

He arrived promptly, explained procedure and even sprayed outside the home. His rates are very reasonable. We will continue to use him for all our exterminating both in our rentals and our home. I will highly recommend him.

Excellent service for bed bug elimination. Had a bad infestation. They came back whenever I felt the need for more treatment. The cost was very reasonable included treatment for eight weeks.

This is the first time I have been in need of exterminating services...and Alfonso was the first of the Thumbtack providers to respond...so he got the job. He was reasonably price and was right on time did what he needed to do and left a trail of unhappy critters. So, as far as I can see, he was a good choice.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We go by type of pest. Size of house, and how long the service might take. I won't charge you $200 for a 30 minute job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening to what they have to say. I ask a lot of questions. Even if I already know the answer. I want them to feel at ease and want them to realize that the problem will taken care of. Then I let them know exactly what I'm about to do for service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working in the pest control field since 2000. I am the Owner of Perry's Pest Pro's. Bonded ,Licensed , and Insured in the State of Tennessee
