Introduction: I think your pest control service should be your cheapest bill you have to pay. Bugs are the last thing you want to deal with when you get home from a hard day of work. Or when you wake up in the morning. And your service should not be so high that you have to think about not paying for service. You should also never feel pressured in to service when you don't need it or can't afford it. Getting rid of the pest problem for people that's what I enjoy the most. When a customer describes their pest problem as a Nightmare. It feels great to take care of the Nightmare.

Alphonso was great. I just had my treatment so a little too soon to say I'm healed. :-) But the scheduling and the service itself was great.

I was quite impressed with Al's service. We had some ants in our kitchen. I tried all of my natural remedies, but the ants were too plentiful. Al was able to answer my service call quickly. The ants are a thing of the past! I'll be sure to call him for any other pest control needs!

Alfonso is absolutely amazing. He is extremely thorough and makes sure the job is done right. Even came back a few days later to re-spray for free. I cant express how much it means to me to see this level of customer service still around. I would recommend to anyone and everyone!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We go by type of pest. Size of house, and how long the service might take. I won't charge you $200 for a 30 minute job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening to what they have to say. I ask a lot of questions. Even if I already know the answer. I want them to feel at ease and want them to realize that the problem will taken care of. Then I let them know exactly what I'm about to do for service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working in the pest control field since 2000. I am the Owner of Perry's Pest Pro's. Bonded ,Licensed , and Insured in the State of Tennessee
