FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is always a challenge in the home improvement and repair industries and markets. My common rate per hour is $75 per hour for projects that cannot bet isolated to a specific project price structure. This usually occurs when there are many items to address at one time. I always provide a budgeted amount for these circumstances and communicate a progress tally of charges to confirm a continuation of the items agreed upon. When a price based by project, commitment to that price is guaranteed unless unforeseen issue arise in progress. This is always discussed to give the customer the options for the new direction or options faced to complete the project. Communication and proper expectations are always top priority to approach work to be performed to satisfaction.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Our clients are very particular in what they are looking for and have a preconceived look and quality expectation prior to working with me. They are looking for hand craftsmanship in quality with integrity not easily found in the typical services available in the market today. My customers end up in working relationships of trust to service the ongoing needs in their home. It is of the utmost importance to find one to work in your home with these characteristics.
