Tam was great. She arrived on time for setup and finished in the amount of time she said she would. The decoration was beautiful and she even helped move around some of my own decorations. Definitely will be reaching out for any future events.

I found Ribbons and Frills on Next Door when looking for someone to do balloon arches and columns for Back to School parties, first day of school and upcoming school events. I could not be more thrilled to have found her. She was amazing!!
