Brian did a great job. He explained the process as we went along, so there were no surprises. Everything he did with and for us was done with honesty and integrity. Once our home was ready for listing and put on the market, it was under contract within a week and sold for a very good price. We could not recommend Brian more highly. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?If you are looking to market your home, I contract out for 5% total fee, and if I bring the BUYER, you pay only 3% total. BUYERS never pay a fee.
