- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We begin every account with a No-Commitment Discovery & Roadmap process. Why? We don't believe it makes sense to get married on the first date. Before we commit to a long-term working relationship, we believe you should see what we're capable of. Our Discovery & Roadmap process is a standardized $2,500 fee with no long term obligations. This is a 2-step process (Research followed by Roadmap), with 2 payments. It's important to note that by the time you're done, you will have received value comparable to ~$15,000 in Strategic Marketing Consulting and Research. We've worked hard to bring this sort of "high value" marketings strategy for small business and make it as affordable as we possibly can - and we're proud of the results. Obvioulsy, we also do a fair bit of creative (video, web, social media, print and sale collateral) - and those prices vary by project, but are always negotiated as a flat rate. Our monthly retainers range from $750 to $3,000 and up and are built completely around specific deliverables and your company's ROI! For many clients, though, the in-depth Strategy and How-To's provided in our Marketing Roadmap are enough for them get growing without any long-term retainer work on our part.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work with every customer in a simple, 3-step process. 1. ROADMAP - Every customer begins with a Discovery & Roadmap process, with no long-term commitment until they are pleased with what they see there. We don't want to get married on the first date, but we DO want to wow you! In our Roadmap process, you'll get: - In-depth Market Research including Data-driven Buyer Personas, Competitive Research including digital marketing spend, traffic estimates and positioning, and SEM and SEO Keyword Research, Cost-of-Advertising Estimates across the ideal channels. - a clear synopsis of your current brand and product messaging and recommended message pivots in light of the market and to increase clarity - a single-page Message Map, identifying exactly the sort of copy and repeatable messages you should use at every possible opportunity - a step-by-step Customer Journey, outlining (based on the data) how your customers will discover your product or service, and the steps needed to increase value for your customer at every stage - step-by-step instructions on the Social Media channels, Digital Marketing Channels, - specific strategic and tactical response to your core business challenges - a GNATT timeline of how, at your scale (or with our help), of how you should execute the strategy and tactics outlined 2. CREATIVE - Once approved, we offer a proposal for how we can best come alongside our customers and help them ramp things up affordably. If this includes any needed creative, we propose flat-rate or bundled pricing for all the creative needed to see it through. We've done just about everything, so the list would be ridiculously long. But suffice it to say that we've executed successful campaigns that include creative in just about every medium and are prepared to support almost anything you can throw at us. 3. CAMPAIGN SUPPORT - We work out with you a level that makes sense for your business, getting you the level of support you need to spend more time doing what you love and less time babysitting marketing interns. Our campaign support can range from blog content and digital marketing to social media posting and analytics. For some B2B clients, we've even been known to run what might be called "Micro-Targeting" campaigns - mining the market for very specific contacts, fleshing out multiple points of contact at an organization, and building a multi-touch campaign to ensure a close. I'll be honest: it's pretty cool. All of our retainers also include subscriptions to Web Hosting, Email Marketing Automation, and more, allowing you to consolidate your costs into a single convenient package.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been in business for 12 years, with certifications of almost every stripe and staffers who have run successful design and marketing agencies in three countries. We've overseen many successful campaigns, including marketing and creative work for global brands like NBC, World Vision, AoG, JVM Lending, Avaya, Vipera Cosmetics and more. Most importantly, we know what it's like to bootstrap a small business and love nothing more than bringing the best in strategic thinking alongside small business owners.
