- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try and be fair. We love what we do and we are passionate. It's not all about money. It's about ensuring our clients have the time of their life, no matter what kind of event. The main price concern is the add on/rental charges. For this area we do everything we can to be the lowest.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is a phone consultation. Other the phone we will be able to tell if we're a good fit for eachother. Steps to follow are normally customized for the client. Factors such as out of town clients play a role in how we move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our entire team has a hospitality and service background ranging from hotel management, bar management, event management, and restaurant management.
