- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give my customers free estimates so I can give them an accurate price. Pricing is based on the square footage of the residence and/or commercial business. I do run specials and am willing to work with budgets.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been in this line of work for 10 plus years. I got started when I was at Wayne County Road Commission. I specialized in stripping and waxing, floor janitorial and carpet cleaning. After that, because of my love for cleaning, I decided to start my own business.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I had a client who needed their hardwood floors refinished. They had water damage and missing wooden boards. We were able to maintenance and restore their floor back to new. My client was so impressed with my work they even decided to increase the pay and give my coworker and I an added tip. The reason I love my job is to see the before and afters and see how satisfied my customer is.
