FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price list is concrete. If by any means I overprice compared to the competitors- I WILL GIVE YOU A EQUAL TO REDUCED PRICE AGREEMENT. DONT FORGET - IF YOUR NOT HAPPY, I WILL BE VERY UPSET WITH MY WORK AND MY SERVICE IS GUARANTEED OR REFUND AFTER THE JOB IS DONE.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a research QUEEN. I cannot say though I take tests on cleaning or claim to be intelligent to the level of exclusion. But I will assess all clients on their health including asking about certain cleaning products which may hinder a person with a particular allergy. But generally, I'm always at research so I have this to demonstrate as necessary.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love to clean period. I love the scents of clean. As a nurse in the hospital ( I'm taking a break) but, I noticed the rise of STAPH INFECTIONS among patients after they got admitted to care. THE PROBLEM WAS I PROCLAIMED AFTER WITNESSING TIME AFTER TIME- Housekeepers are not always educated at best- ( not always though)- but we touch everything and don't realize general sense of certain things. This for example: a visitor in your house uses your restroom and had a potty accident resultantly turned on the bathroom light on entry and turned it off on exit. Now what does this mean? Simply what about the potty accident and cleaning theirself but turning off the light with their now contaminated "potty" hand? I want to think: CLEAN IN A WAY EVERYONE CAN REDUCE THE RISK OF FLU BORN ILLNESSES TO RISKS OF POTENTIAL HEPATITIS INDUCED INFECTIONS that may leave an already poor immune system customer at risk for such. So, I started cleaning in 1989 until a family illness and death set me off forcing my closure. I was interested after seeing how important it is to clean surfaces no matter what and do it right the first time.
