Introduction: We hold contracts with the City of Chattanooga for concessions at Finley Stadium, The Summit Softball Complex, Warner Park ballfields, zoo, pool, and splash park, Frost Stadium, Tivoli Theatre, and Memorial Auditorium. We are used to handling large crowds. We hold food safety to the highest standard, very professional, licensed in catering, liquor license, and beer license. We have a kitchen located in the heart of downtown and a main office and retail store in East Ridge, TN. We also have a very large smoker located at our downtown location and smoke meat year round! The variety of places we go and people we meet.

We have a CPA on staff to help with our book keeping and accounting who is still attending college.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We did several tail gate caterings this year with UTC, VMI, Volkswagen, City of Chattanooga Youth and Development and Parks and Rec. We donated bagged lunches to the volunteers of the Remote Area Medical Volunteer Corps. Also, we did a new bank opening in downtown Chattanooga. Jazz Band, Bar, Hors Devours, and Desserts.
