Jeannine was incredible to work with! Very knowledgeable and professional. She explained things in terms that we could understand and was gracious in answering questions we asked. The results speak for themselves. The first time our new male dog met our Alpha Female Husky, I thought she was literally take his head off. Now, they are laying down with each other face to face. The other night they were literally gently nudging each other with their snouts! The transformation has been absolutely amazing.

Brianna was absolutely phenomenal! I have owned and trained Westies for 20+ years & needed her help with a new puppy & her momma as I had been neglectful in training them from working too much. Brianna addressed the issues we were having and we are already seeing results. Even with my background, I learned a great deal from her! She is extremely knowledgeable, very professional & follows up with the tools you need to be successful (checklists, recommended training items/products, etc).

Our trainer Brianna is very knowledgeable and has given us valuable training tools for our puppy. We are first-time dog owners so she has to not only help train our puppy but educate us as well! After researching almost two dozen puppy/dogtraining companies and speaking directly with Brianna, we decided to hire Pack Academy, LLC and our expectations were exceeded by far. It was clear throughout my first phone conversation with Brianna that she was extremely knowledgeable, and her training practices are rooted in relevant and reliable research. During the conversation, it was also clear that she was very authentic about wanting to help us do what was best for our new puppy (Milo). Today, we had our first private session, and it was extremely successful! Just after our first session, Milo was beginning to respond to his name and follow a few basic commands. We also had trouble getting him crate trained and using his bed, but now he is able to enter the crate without a hassle and he napped in his bed for the first time! Throughout the session, Brianna also trained us on her training practices and provided invaluable advice and tips to help us continue training Milo on our own prior to the next private session. She also allowed us to record our session with her to ensure we could review what was learned, a pleasant surprise. In our conversation immediately after our session today, it was evident that Brianna is committed to teaching us how to raise and train Milo. We look forward to continuing working with Brianna and Pack Academy, LLC and encourage you to hire them for your puppy/dogtraining needs; I promise you will not regret it!

All of our pricing is available to view on our website.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins with scheduling a phone call to have a brief conversation about your dog. We can determine what will be the best route for training your puppy/dog.
Private sessions can be scheduled during the phone call.
Board and Train Packages are booked once the owner makes the deposit for the training.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our love for animals and passion for helping people bridge the gap between human communication and dog behavior grew into a successful life path. Brianna completed an apprenticeship with a professional service dog trainer, is an AKC Evaluator and studies Fear and Aggression. Jeannine has a B.A. in Psychology, her knowledge in behavioral sciences is the perfect match for behavioral modification techniques.
