Introduction: We are exclusively tailored for one-on-one personal training. We are fully equipped to accommodate any goal clients might have, from cardiovascular equipment and weight stations to reformer, kettle bell, etc.
We offer functional training for our clients to enhance their extracurricular activities (rowing, for example). With this, we have the client workout on the low row machine that emulates the rowing motion to help strengthen and condition the body.
