I contacted Fernando a week ago about unloading a jam-packed, 16 foot moving truck that I would be driving from Orlando to Chattanooga the next week. I would be needing him several hours. Well plans changed on my end and we ended up unloading everything but the 6 heaviest items. We would need him to bring a buddy as my son was unable to lift due to an injury. Fernando “said no problem”! He and Ron showed up on time and did a fabulous, quick unload. There was no way we could have moved that stuff by ourselves. I felt bad we didn’t need him longer than we did. Super nice guys. And I would definitely use him again. Thanks Fernando and Ron. We super appreciate your help!

I cannot say enough good things about our experience hiring Fernando. I was helping my son move into a third floor apartment this weekend. We were in a desperate situation when we realized that he and I alone wouldn't be able to carry several of the heavier items up the stairs. Not knowing anyone locally, we turned to Thumbtack. Fernando from Firmes Performance was quick to reply to my inquiry and let me know that he could help us out. On top of that, he arrived within 30 minutes (on a Saturday evening! In the rain!). He was very pleasant to deal with and worked extremely hard to help us move the heavy items, plus many smaller boxes we still needed to unload. I literally don't know what we would have done without him. I would not hesitate to hire Fernando again. This was some of the best money I ever spent

These guys are awesome! We packed out and drove all day arriving in TN after midnight exhausted. The next morning, the day we were to unpack, it decided to downpour with the 26ft truck stuck in the mud. We needed to change the unpacking to the following day, but these guys were willing to work in the mud and rain for an hour and return the next day to finish the job! I can’t say enough about Fernando and his team. He just wanted to make it easy on the customer. Great work ethics, professional and kind. You can charge more and we would pay for it! We will be calling you for any moving, lifting help in the near future! Thank you again!
