- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a minimum charge of $75 which covers the first hour, regardless of the work. Many of the things I do - such as TV mounting and furniture assembly - have set prices based on the specifics of the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to learn as much detail as possible about what they want done. Specifically, makes and models of TVs and items to be assembled, details of where the job is being done and their preferred scheduling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in hardwood flooring for a decade and a half. I learned many aspects while doing that as a living. I also worked part time installing TVs and projectors for a small local company for a few years. Everything else I have learned on the job over the decades that I have been that handy, helpful fella.
