No cahow, no call, no answer after a scheduled and confirmed service request appointment this “company” went MIA. Wasted my family’s time waiting for nothing on a day we one of our kids had a game and another had a and a college visit. We moved our schedule around for nothing. A text or Thumbtack msg would have taken less than 60 seconds. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
