FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is built around quality craftsmanship, honest communication, and long-lasting results. Every project is different, so we provide detailed estimates based on the scope of work, materials, prep required, and finish level desired. We never cut corners or use low-quality products just to offer the cheapest bid. HuddleHomes Painting & Restorations offers fair, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. We also offer military and first responder discounts as a thank you for service. For larger restoration or multi-service projects, bundled pricing may be available. Our goal is to deliver premium-quality work that protects and adds value to your home for years to come.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a free estimate where we discuss the scope of work, project goals, desired finishes, timeline, and any specific concerns you may have. We take the time to understand exactly what you want so expectations are clear from the beginning. Once the project is approved and scheduled, we stay in communication leading up to the job — typically reaching out anywhere from one week to 72 hours beforehand depending on the size and scope of the project. On-site, we work efficiently, professionally, and respectfully within or around your home or business. We pride ourselves on being clean, quiet, and minimally intrusive to your daily routine. At the end of every project, we leave the space spotless and treated with the same care and respect as if we were never there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our background comes from years of hands-on industry experience, leadership, and professional project management within both residential and commercial painting. I began my career working with and eventually running and mentoring teams for College Pro Painters, where I developed a strong foundation in customer service, production management, surface preparation, and high-quality paint application techniques. Later, I founded and operated a commercial painting company in New England called Turnaround Painting, managing larger-scale projects while continuing to refine systems, craftsmanship, and client communication. In addition, my background as a USMC Veteran instilled the precision, discipline, attention to detail, and work ethic that now define how every project is approached and completed. Today, HuddleHomes Painting & Restorations was built to return to a more specialized approach — focusing on detailed craftsmanship, high-end finishes, and personalized service. We proudly serve clients within approximately 120 miles of Chattanooga, Tennessee, delivering work centered around precision, professionalism, and doing the job right the first time.
