- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are offer specials throughout the year. Our pricing includes all labor, paint and materials. We are not the least expensive painting company in town; and we're not the most expensive. We do quality work and treat our customers property, like its our own.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you call us, we provide a FREE estimate. Our Painter Ready representative will ask you specific questions regarding your desired outcome. We will send an estimate within 12 hours. When the customer approves the estimate, our operations manager will be in touch within 24 hours to set up time to choose colors and types of paint, and set up a date to start the work. You will not receive the invoice until after the final walk-through with our operations manager, when the painting is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our staff are seasoned painters who have worked in the field for several years.
