I had tile installed throughout my home. The work took a little longer then expected but they saw the job through. There were minor touch ups needed afterwards and Dionte came back out and touched them up. In the process he noticed the grout work in my master bathroom could've been a bit more precise and he offered to re-do it without me having to say anything about it. That was great awareness and good customer services.

Dionte was super awesome. His helper flaked on him, but he was determined to get the job done (which was the removal of a VERY heavy mantle). He was professional, helpful, and personable. We will definitely be using him in the future.

The guys were great. Friendly, efficient and fast. They were careful with our belongings both loading and unloading. They asked us where we wanted furniture and set everything exactly where we wanted. We highly recommend and would def use again.

I have very reasonable fees and I do work with customers but my pricing is pretty set, I do not give discounts…my work alone speaks for itself.

Making the customer feel comfortable about me and introducing myself to the customer also to make sure I can fulfill the customers needs.
