- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer ALL CASH offers or creative financing solutions. Our home pricing depends on several different factors including condition, timeline and seller requirements. Each offer is customized to fit your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our journey starts with an initial phone conversation where we get a better understanding of your home or asset. Once we establish a rapport we will send our area specialist to view the property inside and out to determine our official offer. If there are tenants/occupants we can work around their schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We offer full transparency and educate customers from start to finish. During the entire process we will explain the documents, steps and make sure you are aware of each transaction taking place. We coordinate title and escrow and can offer mobile services to out of state owners.
