We have been thoroughly impressed with Paul and his team at Southern Valley Exteriors. Paul goes the extra mile to make sure all work is done well and to the customer's satisfaction. We live on Signal Mountain and we initially hired Southern Valley Exteriors to replace our roof. We were so impressed at the work they did on the roof that we also hired them to paint the exterior of our house. Paul and his crew were the right guys for the job, I have a 12/12 pitch roof in Apison and first 2 roofing companies came out and didn't/couldn't take the job because of the complexity. Southern Valley Exteriors confidence showed in the first meeting with Paul. Great crew and phenomenal work. Bonus points for knowing how to flash and counter-flash against the brick! Yard was completely free of nails and roofing materials. Id give 10 stars if I could!

I spent days trying to track down a good roofer that wasnt going to try to gouge me over some small repairs, I actually found southern valley through a Reddit thread and couldnt be happier with my decision to move forward with them. Paul was excellent to work with. I needed some repairs on our home and he was prompt to come out, investigate, and determine a plan moving forward. We needed shingles replaced and our shingles were not readily available or carried locally, Paul took it upon himself to contact the original roofer and find an exact match for our home, the job was finished as soon as materials were in. I was updated frequently throughout the process and provided with photos to confirm issues and repairs. I highly recommend this company over other local options.

Thank you to Paul and the team for making this such a smooth process. From start to finish, everything was professional and well-organized. From our initial meeting to having a brand-new roof took only about 9 days, which is incredibleespecially since other companies told me it would take 3 weeks. The lifetime GAF warranty, 10-year workmanship warranty, and detailed drone inspection gave me total peace of mind. Everything was perfect. Big thanks to Paul and Greg for all the effort on my home in Chattanooga. If anyone needs a new roof, I highly recommend them!
