- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My quoted price(s) covers all services and expenses. 25% is due at the beginning, and the balance is due when you accept the project as complete. The standard resume price is $100, but increases to $125 depending on your work experience. *** For recent college/high school graduates with limited work experience, I offer a discounted rate of $85.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Interaction is important. I cannot provide personalized service without conversation to learn more about you. Of course, you want to learn more about me so you feel comfortable with my work. Typically, there is a conversation, where we review the resume, or work experience, together. We discuss the position being sought, if there is a specific one - all the better. Within the specified time, I will provide a review draft. After input from you, I will provide a completed work product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My work career has been about personal interaction. From teaching on the university campus to interacting with prospective students on the undergraduate and graduate level, to working with villagers in the remote areas of Southeast Asia, I have learned that people are all different and have specific, individual needs.
