- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a legitimate business holding specialized licenses, insurances, certificates, and tools - we don't pretend to compete with Joe Handyman or Two Chucks-in-a-Truck. We thoroughly investigate and provide high quality diagnostics followed by flat rate pricing. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin over the phone with an evaluation of the current project or issue you are experiencing, followed by scheduling a service call in a two-hour window. Once on site we wear shoe covers to protect your property. After a thorough investigation, we present our honest assessment and provide flat-rate pricing for products and services - which are backed by a warranty.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold a current plumbing license and attend continuing education on a yearly basis. We are also a trenchless relining specialist certified by Waterline Renewal Technologies / Permaliner. We received our training from In-Line Renewal Technologies in Pittsburg PA.
