I've never had an agent before and I wish I would have taken this step 20 yrs ago. William has taken all of the stress out of shopping and dealing with insurance companies. I especially like how I no longer have to sit on hold on a 800 number. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?The initial consultation is free and any fees or commissions made in implementation of any plan is fully disclosed up front at the second meeting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First step is to meet and have a conversation to find out what the needs are and if we are a fit to work with one another. After that we get to work on solutions to potential problems or holes in the current financial situation. At the second, or sometimes third meeting, we implement the plan and then monitor and tweak it throughout the years together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Our field requires that we take continuing education every 2 years in order to keep our licenses.
