Needed an Emergency repair done and from the first call and dispatch to the technician coming out the same day within the hour Blue Jay handled everything with ease and professionalism. Caleb was a master technician, honest, thorough and friendly. He was extremely knowledgeable and offered different options for a hung door repair and fixed it in a timely manner. Thanks Caleb!

I had a great experience with Blue Jay Garage Doors. My technician, Kevin, arrived right on time and was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire visit.Unfortunately, my garage door was too badly damaged to be safely repaired, but Kevin took the time to thoroughly explain what was wrong, why repair wasnt a good option, and walked me through the replacement estimate in detail. I especially appreciated that there were no high-pressure or gimmicky sales tactics. He simply gave me the information, explained my options and pricing clearly, and allowed me to make an informed decision without feeling pressured.Its refreshing to deal with a company and technician who prioritize honesty and customer service over making a quick sale. Caleb Garcia was fantastic! He was professional, courteous, and took the time to explain everything clearly.
