FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had been a spouse/mother/homemaker for twenty years and knew how to clean and organize. When the time came to readjust my life it just came natural to use those years of experience; coupled with the gift of serving to become an entrepreneur. I haven't regretted a day of it since! As my business grows, my philosophy will never change -- hard work, honesty, perseverance and compassion!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The best advice I have for customers is that if you want a good, quality clean then you are going to have to pay for it. If the price is low, the quality just may be low as well. Don't just settle for second best, interview potential cleaners and listen to what they will do for you and then decide. The quoted price isn't the only criteria you should look at.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish customers knew that I take their needs seriously and desire to do what's right for them. Not only do I but my employees also. If we say it's been done, then it's been done. We do unto others as we would have them do to us -- it's the golden rule!
