- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price compared to how long I think it will take me to do the job. I am detailed so I might cost more but you will get a better job also.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk with them find out what their expectations are. Discuss how they would like work done and if they have a preference on what cleaners are used. Finally answer any questions they have for me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a mother of 4 and I have worked in nursing homes. You might wonder how this relates. I understand how to clean, understand kids and messes they can make and how important it is and how to get rid of germs.
