My business stands out because of my customers overall experience; I am very friendly, clean, respectful and punctual. I clean everything just as I would want it cleaned in my own home. I will clean doors, window ceils, framing, fronts of cubboards, scrub down showers, dust pics, and baseboards. This are just a few things I do on a regular basis I heard other don't. I am a perfectionist when it comes to cleaning. I want everyone to have a clean and sanitary environment, but most importantly I want the customer to be happy with my services and comfortable in their home. I individualize each cleaning to the persons needs. I enjoy helping others and seeing the smile on their faces. I enjoy knowing I have made it possible for a family to feel comfortable in their home.

Janine was very thorough and meticulous and she brought all of her equipment and cleaning supplies so I didn’t have to worry about her breaking the vacuum, for instance. Yes, except for the grocery store. I plan to do that either late tonight or tomorrow sometime. The cleaning lady just left. She was here for 10 HOURS!! The house looks clean, though.

I price compared to how long I think it will take me to do the job. I am detailed so I might cost more but you will get a better job also.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk with them find out what their expectations are. Discuss how they would like work done and if they have a preference on what cleaners are used. Finally answer any questions they have for me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a mother of 4 and I have worked in nursing homes. You might wonder how this relates. I understand how to clean, understand kids and messes they can make and how important it is and how to get rid of germs.
